REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Coding Career Academy, a brand operated by AH CAREER Pvt Ltd. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course or digital learning product.
01 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Our products primarily consist of digital educational content, including recorded video courses, AI courses, AI-avatar lessons, e-books and digital resources, templates, prompt libraries, downloadable learning materials, quizzes and assessments, certificates, online memberships or subscriptions, and digital access to learning platforms. Because these products are delivered digitally and access may be provided immediately after purchase, orders are generally non-refundable once digital access has been activated or course content has been made available to the learner.
02 — NO CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS
We generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of time to complete the course, failure to attend live sessions, failure to watch lessons, personal circumstances, change in career plans, failure to achieve a desired result, not using the course after purchase, or purchasing the wrong course where the course description was clearly available before purchase.
Please carefully review the course description, curriculum, features, access period, and applicable terms before completing your purchase.
03 — TECHNICAL PROBLEMS
If you experience a genuine technical problem preventing you from accessing a purchased course, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to identify the problem, restore access, provide an alternative method of access where reasonably possible, and resolve platform-related issues. A technical problem that can reasonably be resolved will not automatically result in a refund
04 — DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If you have accidentally made the same payment more than once for the same product, please contact us with the relevant transaction details. After verification, we may refund the duplicate payment, subject to applicable payment-processing requirements.
05 — INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE DELIVERY
If a course or digital product materially differs from what was expressly described at the time of purchase, or if there is a material delivery issue that cannot reasonably be corrected, please contact us promptly. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required under applicable law
06 — LIVE COURSES AND COHORT PROGRAMS
For courses involving live classes, workshops, mentoring, or cohort-based programs, the applicable course-specific terms will apply. If a particular live program has a separate cancellation or refund policy, that policy will be displayed before purchase and will take precedence for that program to the extent permitted by law.
07 — PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Courses purchased under promotional pricing, discounts, coupons, bundles, or special offers remain subject to this Refund Policy unless the specific offer expressly states otherwise.
08 — SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
If we offer subscription-based products in the future, the applicable subscription terms, billing cycle, cancellation process, and refund conditions will be clearly communicated before purchase. Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for a period that has already been paid for, subject to applicable law and the specific subscription terms.
